一般大衆に用いられている安価なプラスティック容器のフォルムを引用し、
質感（ディテール）を陶磁に置き換えることで、
プラスティック容器とは別のイメージの世界を創る。
Subterranean Cathedralは我々生物にとって命である水を現代で流通させている
ペットボトルのフォルムを構築ユニットで使用し、
促成栽培ハウスの形をした「水の聖堂」である。
　　　　　
太古から水田を守るために、水神が日本の村々に祀られていた。
我々は水が地球を循環し続けることを知り、大気から大地への水の恵みを常に願い、
荘厳な形での社として祀っていた。
田園の中でのギャラリーに、水へのオマージュとして聖堂を創る。

As quoting from a form of the cheap plastic container used close to the public, I create the world of an image different from an image of a plastic container, by using ceramic detail. This Subterranean Cathedral is built with unit of form of a PET bottle, which is easily able to be carrying the water of the life for us. This cathedral means the circulation of water, and is reminded of the vinyl house for forced agriculture.

The water god was deified by village of Japan in order to maintain a paddy field from ancient times. Water continues circulating through the earth, and we always wished the blessing of the water, and have deified the water-god-shrine in a solemn form. This work is created as an hommage to water at the Gallery in the rice-field.
